Collection

All items can only be collected from the Avon Adventure Shop during the event. We are unable to post out any items. The shop opening times and collection process will be available before the event.

Refund & Exchanges

Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Any none personalised item that is unworn and in a resalable condition can be refunded or exchanged at the Avon Adventure Shop during the event, after the event items can be returned to us by post, at your cost, for an exchange or refund.
All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the shop management and subject to stock availability, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Size Guides

The sizes guides have been produced using the information supplied by the clothing manufacturer. Please check carefully to ensure you purchase the correct size.

Complaints

We will try our best to solve any issues you may have with the shop, however if we are unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction then you can make a complaint directly to Camp Chief Isabelle Mills at isabelle.mills@avonscouts.org.uk.
